We source a curated range of Arabica and Robusta beans, each selected for distinct flavour profiles to suit different blend and retail applications.

01 / ARABICA

Arabica Natural

Cherries are dried whole with the fruit intact before the bean is removed, allowing the bean to absorb sugars from the cherry during drying. This produces a fuller body with pronounced fruity, sometimes wine-like sweetness — popular for specialty and single-origin retail lines.

Arabica Natural Anaerobic

A refined evolution of the natural process, where cherries ferment in sealed, oxygen-free tanks before drying. This controlled fermentation develops more complex, intense flavour notes — often fruit-forward, syrupy, or fermented-fruit characteristics — appealing to the premium specialty segment and increasingly sought after by discerning roasters.

Arabica Washed

The fruit is removed from the bean before drying, and the beans are fermented briefly and washed clean. This produces a cleaner, brighter cup with well-defined acidity and clarity of flavour — the benchmark process for consistent, high-quality Arabica suited to everyday premium blends.

Arabica Honey

A hybrid method where some or most of the mucilage (the sticky fruit layer) is left on the bean during drying, rather than fully washed or fully natural. This produces a balance between the clean acidity of washed coffee and the sweetness of natural processing — a versatile, well-rounded option for retail blends.

Robusta Collections

Renowned for their bold strength and rich crema. Uganda’s indigenous Robusta beans are sought after globally for their premium body and depth.

02 / ROBUSTA

GRADE A+

Refers to bean size, graded through an 18/64-inch screen — among the largest, most uniform Robusta grades. Larger, denser beans roast more evenly and consistently, making Screen 18 the preferred grade for premium Robusta blends and espresso bases requiring strong body and crema.

COMMERCIAL ELITE

A smaller bean size grade (15/64-inch screen), typically used in commercial-grade blends and instant coffee production. While smaller than Screen 18, it remains a reliable, cost-effective option for high-volume retail and food service applications.
